The Dolomites Saslong Half Marathon is fast approaching, and just days before the start, excitement is building for the 7th edition of the famous trail running event that celebrates the beauty of the Sassolungo with its breathtaking route. The date is set for Saturday, June 7, and hundreds of runners from Italy and around the world are expected. The race is now officially sold out and promises to be an unforgettable spectacle for runners, volunteers, companions, and fans alike.

Along the trails connecting the mountain huts at the foot of the Sassolungo massif, numerous well-known athletes will compete in a thrilling race – among them Luca Clara (ASV Gherdëina Runners), regular participant Mauro Rasom, and top contenders Andreas Reiterer, Daniele Felicetti, Lukas Mangger, Lukas Partl, Alberto Vender and Elia Generali.

The women’s field also promises plenty of excitement, with podium hopefuls such as Anna Santini from the Fiemme Valley, Martina Falchetti and Chiara Clara from ASV Gherdëina Runners.

Participants from around 20 countries are expected to take part in this half marathon in the heart of the Dolomites, including runners from Australia, Austria, Brazil, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Malta, Mexico, Norway, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Spain, the USA, Sweden, Switzerland, and Hungary.

With all entries now sold out, registration has officially closed earlier than planned. However, a waiting list is still available. The 7th edition of the Dolomites Saslong Half Marathon will receive extensive media coverage, and a race summary will be broadcast on TV Rai Sport (channel 58 DT).
